As long as the charger is charging the batteries at the proper rate ( read the battery pack while the charger is running ) I wouldn't worry about it. It is common and in my view expected that you won't get full pack voltage when reading through the OBC. I never have. Try reading some other carts at the charge receptacle pins and I think you'll find the same thing.

UPDATE:

I tried another charger and it charges just fine.

So, I need to fix my current charger. I see the post on a rectifier kit but this is my first rodeo. Is there anyone that can point me in the right direction on the parts for my charger? Rectifier kit I am assuming?

Do you know how to ohm out a rectifier? It's a couple of big diodes. It is by far the most likely element to fail in those chargers. The transformers are pretty much bullet proof. If you are sure it's the charger then I would either get a replacement rectifier assembly or look for a used charger online. Many of those end up on the used market because folks convert to Lithium or convert to a "smart" charger because their OBC failed.

Thank you! I’ll order a rectifier and replace just to try. If that fails I will find another charger. Thank you for your time and expertise- it really helps us new guys understand these carts.
