Forward and Reverse both "on" according to Navitas Controller App

Hi all,

I recently installed a Navitas 440A controller on my 2016 Club Car Precedent, stock motor.

For some reason now the Navitas app is reading the following for the FNR switch:
* When in reverse, R on
* When in neutral, N on
* When in forward, R and F on

I called Navitas and they suggested fault key switch. I played with the wires connecting to the key switch and after a little bit the cart started operating like normal, albeit the reverse buzz sound stays on for 2-3 seconds after switching to Neutral. Now after another charge, it's back to doing the same thing. I cannot drive forward as it thinks both the F and R are on at the same time.

Any suggestions? Is this just a faulty key switch and I need to replace?

I would start with the FNR switch first.
