'21 Club Car Onward 48v HP AC drive surging?? Or not?

Hey gang, long post here but if you make it through I'd appreciate any and all insight you may have.
2021 Club Car onward 48v ac drive, while driving, trying to hold a slower speed I'm feeling a slight surge. The throttle pedal just doesn't feel linear to me. But it's only slight and my wife doesn't feel it. I took it to a CC dealer in Pigeon Forge while we were on vacation last week. They checked it out and couldn't find anything wrong. No codes, they did a pull down test on the batteries and said all is fine. But when I got back to the campground I still feel the slight surge and hesitation in the throttle.
Plus.. Later we were going up a steep paved hill (driveway to the campground) sand the cart bucked hard a few times. It's never did that before though.
I don't know if the dealer tweaked or adjusted anything but they told me they couldn't find anything wrong.
My warranty will expire mid August so I'm trying to be sure it's in my head and not something going bad that's not throwing a code. Ya know.. If it ain't broke you can't fix it.

This is where having the clubcar CCDT tool comes in handy, you can look at the throttle % you have pressed. In your case I would try to hold a steady pressure on the throttle and check if the % is stable. See VCM Input APP

I also find the standard performance setting too lazy when pressing the throttle, Sport mode is more responsive, and Pedal up Firm makes so I rarely touch the brakes.
