Re: Another "Ike" casuality question ???
I think I found out which battery is bad...
After finding what looked like a burnt cell the battery exploded while attempting to drive down the street. I have ordered one and it will be in tomorrow.....I will let you know how it turns out. |

Re: Another "Ike" casuality question ???
Purchased new battery and installed. Charged approx 2hrs and had to try it out.
Cart ran awesome and goes 14mph GPS. I am anxious to see how it will run with full charge. Thanks for everyones help on this. It has been a fun project and my family is excited as this is going to be a Christmas surprise. I have a few things left to install and I will post pics of final outcome. |

Re: Another "Ike" casuality question ???
Thanks.....
I charged batteries last night for approx 11hrs and this morning charger was hovering aroung the 5 mark. I dissconnected it because I did not want batteries to cook all day. |

Re: Another "Ike" casuality question ???
Plug them back up when U get in , the charger should turn it's self off. Then if you leave
it connected it will come back on as the batteries drain(week or a few days) I have left mine on for months at a time and it seems to work OK. The way the Dealer explained it to me is that this is the reason it is designed this way and many Golf Courses just keep them plugged up until they are needed . I Know you are parinoid as this has been a journey just be Vigal and see what happens, my guess is you are OK. |
