88 36v FR issues
I have a 88 36v Im working on. I hooked up my fr handle after melting two previous ones. This new fr handle works perfect and hasn't caught on fire yet. I have only half speed forward and full speed reverse. I checked my wiring and it all seems okay. The bottom left of the fr switch is for half speed reverse and the bottom right is for the main positive according to my diagram. Could this be wrong? It has the micro switches not the v glide.

Re: 88 36v FR issues
What other modifications have been made to the cart? And what is the carts use? And what type of terrain is the cart used in?

Re: 88 36v FR issues
The cart is designed to give half speed in reverse for safety. It seems you have two wires reversed on the F&R. Switch the two wires at the 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock position.
