I didn't do it all today or even yesterday but over the past few months. We bought it as a fleet lease return and after this list of goodies:

Krylon Fusion Black on the Roof
3M SEMS Black vinyl paint on the front seats
Mustache Front Bumper upgrade
MadJax 250 Ultimate Rear Seat Kit
MadJax Ultimate Light kit with Halos, blinkers, hazards, horns
LED underglows
14" GTW Black Matte Dominator wheels on Fuzion Tires(20.5)
Stock Controller Tuned by Bob Boyce and runs 34mph

Here is what it looks like BEFORE and AFTER!

I put in this inner storage basket that easily bolts on to the windshield bolts. Adds much more storage to your cart for phones and other devices.

I also mounted bolt on cup holders to the back safety rail so the people on the back have a nice place to put their beverage of choice. Also to hold my beer while I dove hunt.

Swapped out my tiny wheels for some slightly bigger shoes. Scored these 20"x10"-10, brand new takeoffs at a local online auction along with an extra random 23" mud tire for $31. Picked them up Friday, sold the mud tire on Saturday for $30.

Not a bad upgrade for $1! Perfectly fitting for this budget auction cart. Picked up an extra 2 to 3 mph as a bonus

This week I bought two TXT 2000 units not running. Got the 4 seater running, needed a new connector for the ITS harness. I got some Trojan batteries from a rental shop. Found a set of 20" wheels and tires on marketplace for $150. Now to start on the second cart to figure out the wiring on that one....

Replaced stock factory installed txt head light bar with new Rhox l e d replacement unit. Came prewired with harness adapters so plug and play.

Came prewired so headlights and running’s lights are both on at same.
Problem is head lights were too darn bright.
After several e mails found out lights come prewired for hi beam ( bright)use once 12 volts applied to them.

To activate low beams( dim feature) additional 12 volts must be applied to low/dim wires.( 2 unused grey wires with bullet connectors in head light harness)

Added a push button switch to add or turn off 12 volt source to activate lo beams.
Having to add additional power opposed to switching power to one source oranother seemed weird but works fine.
Of course l e d technology and their curcuitry is not in my realm of understanding lol.
Confusing but hi lo ( bright/ dim) feature works great.

Next wanted a running light only option so added two position 12 volt toggle switch to interrupt 12 volt supply to main head lights allowing only running lights to come on via factory three position key switch.

Key switch turned to lights on position. Either running lights or running/ head lites come on.
Great option for cruising crowded areas of campground.

Major lighting improvement over stock lights plus amp draw less Then 1 amp
Batteries will like that.👍
