Put in a Higher Torque Motor, Solenoid, Controller, and F/R Switch. It was going really smooth until the Reverse wouldn't work. As soon as figure out what the problem is we will be climbing hills and taking the grandkids on rides again...YEAH!!!

I spent the day trying, and suceeding, to make mine about 10 inches shorter so it will fit in the new toy hauler.........

I too took the Sunday cruise. Wife unit accompanied me. Took a sip of wine and circled the lake. We are loving this cart!!

I posted yesterday that we installed a new higher torque motor, controller, solenoid but was having trouble with the new F/R switch.

We got it running today and WOW does it fly up the hills on grass and through the trees. My hubby kept saying "this is sweet"!
