The dyno indicated I wasn't getting exhaust out fast enough with my dual pipes. So I beef it up to quads.

Got everything over to the workhorse, besides the stereo and LED bars. Took off the 23s and mounted up 25s.

Have to re-weld and gusset the rear bars for the top. All the original welds broke and it shakes like crazy.

I went fishing. I got it stuck in this "muck" ditch. My posi worked great......the drivers side kept spinning in the "greasy muck" and the passenger side kept tossing gravel as there was no weight on that side.

If you look closely at the pic you will see my winch line is out. I wrapped the line around the nearest (and only!!) tree and out it came. Oh.....didn't catch a darn thing!!!

Finished my install of the Navitas TSX3.0 600amp controller in my cart.

See thread: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...questions.html

As well, I put on a clear windshield because it is darn cold in Canada and I was sick of eating bugs too.

Making my tires look fancy!

I had a template for BF GOODRICH T/A, but I wimped out because this was easier.

No....not in that mud swamp. The water about 15 feet back put the rear tire completely underwater. This "trail" is used as an ATV sport track and the ruts are deep.

I got the cart going forward, but it felt very much like it was going to tip onto it's side. I didn't want\need that so winching was an easy choice!!

The stream itself is only 30 yards from this mud pit and the pit doesn't feed into the stream.
