More fuel richer fuel mix, less fuel leaner fuel mix. The oil mixture (ounces of oil to gallon of gas) is also reffered to as rich or lean. More oil to gas richer oil mix. A lot of people think they can eyeball the oil and add a little more to be safe and end up putting to much oil in, see the spark plug labeled oil deposit above. That is the same stuff on top of your piston. properly set up a 2 and 4 stroke engine will be very close in color. Again I say use good synthetic oil to minimize buildup.
