Club Car XRT 1550 front end not pulling

I have a xrt 1550 the front end doesn’t pull, l have 12 volts at the wire plug , the switch on the accelerator is working and with a multimeter reading the wires in the plug to the front differential I get a 28.1 ohm reading. Any Ideas ?

Hey, Any Luck with this, I 'm having the same problem. have not measured the resistance yet. 28 Ohm is just above the limits for a good coil.
