Default DS Starting Issue

OK so when you press the gas pedal on the cart the engine starts turning but wont ever fire to take off and start moving. If you put a spray of starter fluid into the intake it will take off and go and then after that it runs fine. Any ideas what would be causing this?

Pull the fuel inlet off and turn motor over and see if you have a stream of fuel if you do pull carb and clean it specifically paying attention to the needle and float if you don't check for fuel in the tank make sure pickup tube in the stank is still attached if that checks out it may need a new fuel pump

Could be as mentioned above, fuel pump, carburetor, or spark plug.
Or it could be the Spark wire, or fuel line clog, or fuel filter clogged up.
But if you spray in the start fluid.. id say start near the point where you spray ..
My uncle has gotten extra life out of spark plugs by sticking them in the oven i think on 350 for 15 -20min then brushing lightly with a wire type brush...
Please stop back and let us know what worked out on your end..
