Re: Newbie Needs help with 1986 Gas 2 Cycle EZ-GO?
Ok so just out of curiosity does anyone know of any other reasons why my compression would be reading 90? I am only curious because I don't want to rebuild the top end to find out it's something else. Any information would be useful. Thanks

Re: Newbie Needs help with 1986 Gas 2 Cycle EZ-GO?
you could have some carbon build up on your reed valves, or just worn out reeds,
i just did a complete rebuild on my 1990 ez-go crankshaft and all, (had to due to oil pump failure, i also bypassed the pump and pre-mix now) and man its a night and day difference, it was slow and noisy, and it its fast, lifted and quiet |
