What an awesome program!! There is a toggle switch with wires going to the solenoid on the left big post and the little post on the left. I dont have the diode going to the little post on the solenoid????? Here is an old picture before I switch out the solenoid shows the wires for the switch!

Your testing switch bypasses the High-Lighted three items. One of those or their corresponding wires is the issue.

Yes, I got it. What I am saying is that you have bypassed the Key Switch, the Throttle Micro-Switch and the Micro-Switch on the F&R. With the bypass switch engaged, you can check for voltage on both sides of the F&R Micro-Switch (with the F&R in either F or R) to see if it is good.

What batteries and how old are they?

5 of the batteries are 4 years old and 1 new one. They are trojans
Performance not sure just got the cart about 3 weeks ago and haven't really got it going.
