Sounds like I will try up grading my solenoid first and if all fails I will have to go for the full upgrade. What is the max solenoid I can go with now and can that one be used with the upgraded controller and motor. Thanks.

Your stock solenoid is 70-100 amps can go with a 400a if you like.
Solenoids are voltage specific so you buy a 36v solenoid for a 36v system. There is a way to use a 36v solenoid on a 48v system later on. |
