How to access panel by key and transmission switch
I have a 2005 EZ go 36 volt. I want to add a volt meter to my dash, to the right of the forward/reverse toggle switch. How do I get behind there? From looking up the front looks impossible? Do I have to drill all the rivets and pull the panel back? My battery meter has a nut on the back, so I have to have rear access go put it here.
thank you |

Re: How to access panel by key and transmission switch
Welcome to BGW!
Your TXT keyswitch plate should have 2 plastic push-rivets along the base holding it in place. If you push the centers through (INTO the cart) you can pull the rivets out and remove the switchplate. If you get lucky the center pins will be right behind it waiting for you to reuse them when you are done. |

Re: How to access panel by key and transmission switch
I assumed he used the word transmission in reference to the F/R switch on the dash.
I sure hope I was correct, LOL! |
