Just got mine working, Finally. 8 weeks.
My accelerator pedal limit switch electrical fittings (inside the cvp cover) were weak. Once I got the 2 lbs of gunk off the switch, one wire and one lug on the switch just fell off in my hand. Thats why I was getting intermittent readings!! I also removed the 3 wire plug coming from the cvp (yellow, purple, white) and spliced the wires. I was getting intermittent connection there as well. The only reason for the plug is easy connection to diagnose the cvp with the club car handy dandy "Calibration Test Module", which I presume not too many of us have. Besides, had I checked the cvp at the final connections (controller and motor), I would have discovered the plug was goofy. |
