Default Holding Secondary Sheave

I'm drawing a blank. Can anyone tell me how to hold the secondary sheave from rotating while I try to torque the nut with my torque wrench? Thanks

What year and model cart do you have?? The newer g29 carts the secondary bolt isnt torqued much at all. I just snug em down with a 12mm socket on a 3/8 drive ratchet since. The older generation carts might be different. There are some seasoned cart gurus on here that will chime in soon. I just hold the pully with one hand and torque with the other.

I tried that and I could still turn the sheave. I ended up putting 2 wedges between the frame and sheave. Then I put the belt on just the secondary and tie wrapped to pinch the sheave. The extra belt acted like a handle and the wedges created friction. I got to tighten the nut until my wrench broke over at 45. I even put the wrench up to 48 lb/ft to factor some flex from the belt. We'll see if it stays on with the test drive

I don't want mine super tight its hard enough to get off. You do want a good nut on there, most come loose because the lock nut is shot....the nylon in there is used up. I used a 3/8 ratchet and gave it a good yank.

Thats totally opposite of the g29 clutch then where it has a super long bolt that goes through the inside of the clutch into the shaft.
