Ezgo running problems
Hi everyone trying to fix my friends ezgo and was wondering if someone may be able to help me out. I'm not exactly sure of the year but it is a four stroke with the air filter that is more like a cars fram air filter. May be the 350cc. Anyway I can get the cart to run if I pinch the hose that goes into the top of the air box but as soon as I leave it go it dies. It has a new carb on it figuring that maybe that was the problem but obviously it wasn't. The hose also spits fuel out of it and sometime backfires outta the hose. If anyone needs some more info about the cart I will gladly try to help.

Is it possible that maybe the timing is off? If so does anyone know how to check?

check the serial number to find the year.... need to know the year to help with identifying the problem.
