Solenoid's fine. If I horwire the controller end to ground it kicks just fine. The controller won't activate it. Of course the OBC might be causing the controller to not function. Either way...the motor is open. It might just be a trashed brush, but...My brain hurts. Now I know why clob car reverted to the series carts. Much simpler.

just trash the OBC and rewire it without it in the system.....youll need a new charger though. ive heard of a place selling a charger that would do work without the OBC for like $250 or something

The controller does not activate the Solenoid ...... activation is by the ignition circuit. Check the micro switches on the F&R

The reverse buzzer is supposed to sound off when the controller dumps it's stored power .... I never had one sound off for me though? That is straight out of the CC manual

My name is Eddy and it is a pleasure to hang around with all the great minds concerning the basic club car presedent.
Who can provide me with the best way to tell which obc I have on my 2005 cc precedent is it the 2.7 or is it the 3.0...My littlle yellow battery warning light fkickers occassionly while driving my Cart What would cause this?? one last question. Does it hurt the cart to run it in the tow position?
Thanks for any help provided
Eddy
