Average miles
On an average with 2 adults, on pretty much level road, what should I expect mileage wise from a 48vlt DS? The batteries are 3yrs old but still seem to charge fairly well.
Like I said, I know there are no EXACT answers, but I am just curious to get an average or estimate. Thanks! |

Probly 15-25 miles....but like you said it depends on the condition of the batteries, how much juice your pulling, terrain...all kinds of things factor in. Especially with high amp controllers and motors.

Of course, these results (15-25 miles) were gathered from years of clinical study and your actual mileage may vary; depending on the condition of your batteries, driving and charging habits, load and incline, & headwind etc.

20 to 22 miles is life expectancy between charges.......that on flat level surfaces............................
