No Horn and No lights YDREX3 PTV
Dear All.
I have a few buggies for our Marina and I have inherted one poor little soul. It runs great and with new batteries she is a flyer however the horn and lights don't work at all. I have stripped all the covers off and checked the wires for condition and splits but all look good. The 10 amp fuse is in tact, the lights and horn work when directly hooked up to a battery but not through the buggy. Any ideas? |

I just wanted to clarify that it is not oem in the photograph (but is Oem in the diagram), so wire plugs & colors are "however it was wired". That info might be helpful to someone who digs this thread up 7 years from now to compare to their stock system. The oem reducer has the pinout on the end of the reducer. To OP, If your original plug is there, this will decode it for you.

Hi there yes it is the one in the diagram as opposed to the photo. Bunch of wires going in from passenger side and plate on passenger side?
Have wiggled connection but nothing? Ideas? Ecosset4 |

Yeah, the photo i posted shows what pin of the reducer should get power when. The plug on the harness has corresponding numbers (very small) to the pinout chart. Time for some testing.
