Cart cuts out after about 10 min.
Have a 1999 G16 with good batteries, keep up maintenance on them. The wiring all looks good. After driving for about 10-15 min mostly at low speed it just cuts off. Have to wait about 2-5 min and then it takes off without a problem. Was going though some tall grass today which gave it allot of drag and it did it a couple of times.
Any Idea's? Other then that it runs fantastic. Would it be the controller? |

Re: Cart cuts out after about 10 min.
Mine did the same thing a week or so ago.. When I was having my new controller installed, they needed to remove the solenoid because we couldn't get the cart to run.. When they went to remove the jumpers for the tow/run switch one of the nuts would not loosen, instead it just turned. long story short, they replaced it with a new solenoid and its been fine every since....
So I'm leaning toward solenoid as your problem...... I may be wrong..... |
