Default 99 ezgo quit

I have 99 ezgo. It is is series cart 36 v. Reversing contractor. 400a AXE controller
200a solenoid. Last Saturday night I drove it in a neighborhood parade and it ran fine. Put it away and charged the batteries. Went to drive it today and it just clicks but won’t move in either direction. The reversing contractor clicks and the selonoid clicks. The controller light comes on. The batteries are fully charged with 39.2v. They are 6 month old Trojans.

It was running fine and now won’t move

Does the AXE flash an error code? Should flash 4 times if you have an ITS throttle, then solid green for "ready to go".

Do you have a reed switch? If so, bypass it, as it will eventually fail, but your AXE giving LED blinks says it's still "good".

Do you have the following Molex connector on the cable from your throttle box to the wiring harness? Usually located between controller/solenoid and the FNR. If so, eliminate, butt splice or solder then cover each of the four wires with a good quality heat shrink.

If you answer this fairly quickly, you may get feedback on the reversing contactor before the big weekend. Meanwhile, you can do the throttle test on the following link. NOTE: follow the one for AXE.

Found lose wire. Got it going. Now today was driving it and it just quit

Reversing contractor clicks and solenoid clicks. Have 38.6 on batteries. It won’t move.
