yes thats how the car was when it was purchased i think whoever did that was trying to replace the round bus fuse that is normally there and the charging receptacle is broken i have the parts to fix that as well ill try to get some more photos of the solenoid. with a ohm test of the tow/run switch i have .4-.6 ohms
