The green wire on the key switch goes to a sonic weld then to the OBC.

There is no green wire on either solenoid.

Also, the blue wire between the 2 solenoids is incorrect.

Sorry I have to say this, I can't sleep. You do realize that if your wiring does not match the diagram your wiring is wrong and not the diagram?

This looks more like my wiring except for the potentiometer. Maybe it’s a regen 1?

A regen 2 would have had a Run/Tow switch.

Found out the controller setup I have is a regen 1 to regen 2 conversion kit. Everything looks exactly like that wiring diagram I posted and I got that directly from FSIP website. That is why there is no tow switch. I have all the wires ran like the instruction say with the driver solenoid terminals on one post. The passenger solenoid no longer clicks when I turn the key but showing 48v while on. Nothing happening when depressing pedal.

The solenoid with the resistor coil is not needed. You can bypass it completely.

In regards to your set-up, I have never done that one. The OEM design of a Regen 1 was the solenoid would click upon key activation. And the OBC played a large role in the power supplies and was another reason it reeked havoc on the end users for troubleshooting.

I usually pulled the harness out and replaced it with an IQ harness and converted it over to an MCOR and added the R/T switch and newer controller.

Explains a lot. Do you have the diagram that goes with that kit?
