Exclamation 340cc yamaha entice engine in an electric golf cart

me and my buddy (13) want to put a 340 yamaha engine in a electric golf cart. but we ned help with it?tips?!

AB this is a very large and expensive job, I suggest you do a search and read about it.

oh we already have the engine and the golf cart!
and we have the stuff to fab. it
and his dad has a shop with everything we need in it!

you would have to have a gas cart rear end to do this..

I agree, you need a gas cart rear axle with reverse. The snowmobile engines do not run backward like the golf cart engines. I installed a Yamaha 433CC snowmobile engine in my EZGO gas cart, if you do a search you might be able to see all the pics. Good Luck.

I swapped an Arctic Cat 440 snowmobile engine into an electric EZGO.



Like they say, you will need to change the rear end.
