Need help to identify cart

Got a buddy thinking about buying a Club Car Silver Standard Serial # 7H0722-370005. It's got headlights, taillights, horn, alloy wheels, street tires, mirrors and a rear seat and dead batteries. Price is $2500.

I told him I thought that was too high but I couldn't be sure because I don't know what the heck a Silver Standard is!!

Can you guys tell me anything about this cart?
