any thoughts on a homemade rust nuetralizer?
I am putting new batteries in my cart and want to clean the little bit of rust on my battery tray? i want to epoxy prime the tray and paint it any sugestions??

Naval jelly or oxalic acid and a stiff steel brush with a side of elbow grease..........
