Default Newbie Questions

I have a 97 DS that does not go forward or backwards. changed out some batteries that seemed to test bad. I have 38v across all the batteries and can here the relay kicking on and off. I have looked around on the forum and see a lot of this type of problem is aattributed to batteries, cables and micro swtiches. could someone show me a schematic and give some troubleshooting tips so i can move forward, it would be much appreciated.

there are wiring diagrams sticked in the top of this forum.

There are two micro switches that will "get" you. One is inside the v-glide one is on your f/r switch.

Before you check that though, make sure you have continuity through your solenoid. Quite often after newer batteries are put in, the 36v solenoids on club cars fail.
