With help (Thanks David!) I know now that the correct OBC is the one I linked from the King. Will likely be purchasing from Revolution Golf Cars though as soon as the manager OKs the fix, great price on the part and quick reply to my inquiry!

Still would like to charge the batteries up, I think I'll just keep an eye on the charger and let it charge through the jumper.

Yeah keep an eye on it, the charger will never shut off without the OBC.

But I think the OBC controls the 16 hour timeout.

Yes I think we are saying the same thing the obc controls the charger through the grey wire, to me it looks like the scr in the obc is bad but that may not stop the obc from turning off the charger after the 16 hour time out period.

Just a thought

I have to say, I'm enjoying reading up on and learning about this IQ system, pretty nice setup. I dig the cheap speed mods (compared to series) as well. I GPSd this cart at 15 mph consistently on a flat stretch of ground, feels a little quicker though. First time I experienced the regen braking it nearly scared the crap out of me, thought something had locked up.

I clear the repair and the cost of said repair with the course manager when he returns tomorrow, and then I will have the correct OBC heading this way. In the meantime, I'll clean the nastiness off of this cart, as it is you get dirty if you sit down on it.
