I've got the same hitch, it came from RedHawks like Sergio said. Only mine didn't come with instructions, so this helped me too! It is definitely solid and well made. The supplied drawbar is kinda flimsy

I picked one up today and installed it without a whole lot of problems. It's a tight fit but with the right tools and an extra set of hands it's not bad. The hitch is extremely well made and very heavy. Without a floor jack to hold in place while mounting it would be pretty tough.
