Transporter 1999 MCOR Ohms Check
Serial number J9904, 500 amp FSIP series cart.
Do these numbers sound right? Testing resistance at the 3 pin connector. Yellow to white/black at rest is 6.98 ohms Goes to 1.2 with pedal fully depressed Yellow to purple at rest is .99 Fully depressed is 6.2 Purple to white/black is 5.2 pedal pressed or at rest, no change. MCOR conversion has been done, big plum quik motor, was told possible to have 20 mph or more, only getting 15 to 17 mph. Batteries are brand new upgraded and load test fine. 50.9 volts few hours after charging, still 50.9 next day. I have to pull the controller to check and be sure it is set to give all the amps it can. FSIP just rebuilt it, but before it needed rebuild I had same speed. Just wondering if my resistance numbers were correct for my specific series cart. Thanks for any help! |
