Question EZGO series motor problem?

How do you test to see if your motors the problem. 2002 Ezgo cart... I'm at wits end... Solenoid, Controller, ITS, Key switch all seem to test out good. Still cart will not move~>!!><<~,%* FRUSTRATING!

The solenoid is clicking each time you try to go?
What controller & motor do you have?

Yes solenoid clicks and the light on the controller flashes green 4 times and stays green as long as the accelerator is pressed.

Does the Alltrax LED turn orange when full throttle is applied? IF no you may have a throttle signal problem. Attached is the series motor test you requested.

This sounds just like the problem I was having for a year. Turned out to be corrosion in the four wire molex connector between the ITS and the controller.

Yes the ALTRAX LED turns orange.

Thank you very much.
When I get it running I plan to upgrade and go digital...

Okay orange LED indicates full throttle... Likely the control is working and the problem is between the control and the motor (if it works)

First stop is the F&R switch. DO a basic continuity test per attached... and a visual inspection looking for any signs of heat at the cable ends or terminals... any discoloration from one stud to another?
