Determining the year of Cart
I have an old Club Car, but I don't know how old.
The S/N plate under the dash is unreadable. Is there some other way to determine the model year? The steering wheel is 3 spokes, there is not electronic controller, there are solenoids (?) and coils with different numbers of loops that are mounted behind the batteries under the seat, the back rest is two pieces. Can somebody determine the year by the description, or is there another identification tag somewhere else on the cart? Thanks for any assistance that you can provide |

Re: Determining the year of Cart
More than likely an 80s resistor cart. On newer models, they put a second serial number tag behind the dash panel, but I'm not sure they did that with the older ones...

Re: Determining the year of Cart
The older DSs only had one serial number tag. The one on your cart should be a metal tag. The serial number is stamped into the tag itself. If you look at it at just the right angle you may be able to make the # out
