I asked the technician why the solenoid would be getting as hot as it was, and he told me low voltage. The dealer i had the cart serviced at told me originally that my charger was A-OK, perfect, working just fine. When the technician came out and looked, he said that it was shot. So because they had informed me that the charger was working when I first brought it in, and now they say it isn't working they replaced the charger. Plugged it in, charged it up, and it seems to be running just fine. No excess heat.

I do have a question regarding voltage though. What should my voltage be when FULLY charged? I had it on for about 3 hours, and when I took it off to check, it was at 38.9 overall.

38.2 after it rests 8 hours or so. The charger will take it up to around 45v so if your there the second it cuts off it will say about 44 to 46. But it will steadily drop till it levels out at like the 8 hour mark.

Ok. So I can have that charger on for around 8 hours and it'll be fine on the batteries?
