If anything was stripped you would hear it! Nasty noises when you tried to go. You would hear the motor running at speed and nasty noises.

No real nasty noise. I am going to put hub back on and try to push to see if I can move it.

I have seen hubs that look good be bad. True test is are the axle nuts turning when the hub isn't.

No. The axle stops when I put pressure on the hubs. The motor keeps turning.

*Update* put the hub and wheels back on today just to see how hard it would be to push the cart. When I lowered it back to the ground the cart was locked like it should be. I turned the key and presto it ran perfectly. I do not understand how it could have went from being able to turn the tires While on jack stands like something was stripped to running perfectly. Could it be a malfunctioning motor brake?

Simple answer is yes, it happens a lot with RXVs.
