Installed SR48500, 400a Sol, HD F&R - Won't Go

I have a 2002 TXT 36v series cart and installed an SR48500 controller, 400a Sol and HD F&R. The cart has power but will not move and the solenoid clicks. Where did I go wrong in the wiring? What should I be looking for? Any help is appreciated.

The fact that the solenoid is clicking is GOOD and means the activation circuit is correct, NOW you need to look at the high current circuit (large cables, ALL of them)...that is where your problem lays. the red and blue lines in the attached picture are the high current cables.
