EZGO front driver tire wobble

Hello, I am new here and to the golf cart world. I am moving into a golf cart community and recently came across a deal I decided not to wait for and pulled the trigger. Its a 2016 Cruz cart by beast cart (cart itself is a 2011 ezgo txt but was turned to cruz/beast cart in 2016). Cart looks great and runs fine and all. I recently noticed though while driving on the road or sidewalk that the front driver side tire has a slight left to right wobble. Don't notice much as far as it shaking the cart but can defiantly stare at the tire while driving and see it wobble in and out. Do notice it on any other tire. Previous owner had land and only drove in grass so probably never noticed. I only do at full speed on road. Im trying to determine where to start as for a fix? thank you,

Is the wheel wobbling too or just the tire?

Could be the alignment - take a front facing pic - are tires toe'd in?
