Found it! Was my green wire from ignition was disconnected just at the floor. Now, I’m thinking the batteries being a bit down is causing the solenoid not to fire but if I test it eventually it will click but not last long... drove a little and jumped it again I guess but didn’t last long.

The molex 4 pin connector is faulty too. Works when fiddled with, finally found a position it likes and the soloniod will click and move the cart. Can this molex be removed and just use wire connectors on the 3 wires here?

That 4 pin molex is there to make it easy to separate the pedal box harness from the rest. Cut it out and preferably solder and heat shrink the connections.
