Crown CR-150 (non lifted cars, grandma cruising around short distances)
Crown CR-165 (normal neighborhood cruising on non lifted or lifted cars without upgrades)
Crown CR-190 (for upgraded drive systems)
Powertron P8000 (Same as CR-150)
Trojan T-875 (Same as CR-165)

I use more Crown CR-165s than anything else.
What's the cost differences between the cr-165 and the cr-190

Interstate is made by Johnson Controls the last I heard, while US Battery makes their own batteries

We have been solely using Trojans. They have been the best at lifetime in our climate(Puerto Rico). We can get up to five years on some of them.

Trojan is an excellent battery. The only reason I use Crown more than I use Trojan is because of the customer service from my Crown rep.

I have kept 10 electric carts for 10 years. We have tried all the major brands and a few odd ball imports.
Johnson Controls has factories in the USA and abroad where quality control varies widely between locations.
I keep coming back to Trojan. They have served us the best, the longest.

Anyone have experience with the crown 8V CR-190 batteries?
Trying to decide between them and the Trojan T-875.
20 more AH out of the crowns for $6 / each more.

The CR-190s have a very good reputation. Comparable to the Trojan T-890s.
