I'm having issues as well. Does the contacts need to be cleaned on the plug and in the cart? If they are dirty can that cause an issue?

Dirty contacts can cause an issue, yes. Make sure there's no corrosion or build up at the plug or receptacle.

What's the best way to clean them? I'm thinking it's pretty dust where you plug it in on the cart.

Try compressed air, and a toothbrush if it’s just dust. If it’s corrosion, vinegar and baking soda will get rid of it quick.
