Bad Boy Buggy controller post
Hello, I have a 2011 bad boy buggy classic. The batteries were just recently changed out, 2weeks ago, everything operating well, until I realized that the rear motor was not engaging. I checked all cables and realized that one of the terminal posts on the rear controller was loose. When I tried to tighten the cable with a wrench, the entire neck of the post spins. When the post is in a very specific place, the controller and motor and gauges properly. Do any of you know where I could get this post site repaired? Rather than buying a new controller....
I already spoke with “flight systems” online that works on Sevcon, and they do not repair is this controller. Part- Sevcon -633T45312 or New controller s 633T45320 Thank you, advice appreciated. Chuck |

Re: Bad Boy Buggy controller post
FSIP doesn't repair them as it isn't really possible. The entire control is potted. (filled with a hard resin) Replacing it is all you can really do.
