Default EXGO RXV rear differential issue

Hi guys,

something happened to my EXGO RXV rear differential. It started with a strange noise when I was stopping or accelerating and when I looked it was the motor banging back and forward. It seems some parts on rear differential broke. Here are some videos and pictures. Any idea how to fix this?

it broke the wires too: https://photos.app.goo.gl/T4SF3B9R8U2twu7s8

I think that part is broken:

that is a common break point in this rear, the motor and differential will flop back and forth and cart will roll half a foot in either direction while the motor break is applied.

I have had success with welding the bottom part of the mount (the part the sits on the leaf springs) to the axle tubes.

I do the same thing, weld the pads to the axle tubes. Works great & will never be a problem again.

I found someone to weld it today;
I'm wondering if they have enough space to do it without removing the back seats
