Default Conversion question charge port

When converting a 1993 36 V Club Car to 48 V I will be changing the 2 prong charging port to a 3 prong charging port I will be using Scotty's kit. What if anything should the 3rd wire be connected to its the one with the yellow fuse

did you ever wind up changing out the charging port plug?
