G2 charging problem. "green wire lowers voltage"
When I try to test the starter generator and voltage reg. as suggested here I get strange results.
When temporarily grounding green wire, I get a voltage decrease of about .5 volts. New S/G red and green wire at 5 ohms No grounds between F1,F2, A1 or A2 to case ground. Cart is running off of battery and won't run long. Any ideas? What baffles me is voltage drop when ground green wire off VR. |

I am having the same issue. Did you by chance get this resolved?
