Default club car ds map needed for admiral mot a1

good morning folks,,

Completed the club car ds project,
alltrax sr48500 HD solenoid, F-N-R, 2G wires, admiral-a1 - 6" lift with 22" tires
running 3 wire V-Glide with resistors

cart seems to run good, but not as fast uphill as i thought it would be so that has me thinking about the map thats currently on it, its the stock map for club car ( i think, still learning the mapping thing ). so my question is, can i change the mapping to match the admiral motor? is that the last piece of the puzzle here?

thank you in advance!

"Completed the club car ds project,

No pictures, no proof that it happened!

If it’s a SR, meaning series motor and controller there is no map to change. Motor maps are only for sep-ex motors. Verify your throttles hitting 100% and play with your torque/speed curves to see if you can tune it more to your liking.

No Maps for a series motor. Only thing you can change is how much foot you can put in it.
You can limit speed with the Toolkit software, but if you basically turn her up to max that's as fast as she'll run.
Unless you go up in voltage.

With all the upgrades. you should consider upgrading to the MCOR4 for that cart. Call David at Revolution Golf carts for the kit. He will be a big help to you. Also, old throttle linkages can get worn and very sloppy on the DS preventing you from ever reaching full throttle due to the slop. He can help you in that area as well. That can also be fixed with the proper bushings in the brake and throttle assy. Well worth the upgrade over the old Vglide

thank you all very much for the responses. much appreciated. Question on the full throttle deal, im set at the 5k-0 on the controller and checked ohms and im at 0 ohms at full throttle so i would assume im getting full throttle.. correct?
i will check Revolution as i used the v-glide " for now" since is was easy to do.

As long as your controller is seeing the correct throttle your good. Plug the laptop in and it should tell you if your hitting 100% throttle.
