Ezgo/Club Car conversion
I have a 97 Club Car DS. The body, front end, etc are in pretty bad shape, but it does have a AC-20 500 HPEVS AC Motor Kit With a 48 volt Curtis Controller ($2,800) that is only a couple years old.
I also have a 99 EZGO Freedom with a bad motor, but otherwise in good shape. It has a complete enclosed cab. Has anyone had any experience swapping out a Club Car Ds differential, placing it in a EZGO Freedom cart? The AC motor came with a independent wiring harness to hook it up, but I will need to use the Club Car differential with the AC-20 mounted on it. Thanks in advance for all your ideas and opinions. |
