Default 1998 club car ds fe290 timing question

Is it possible to have the timing 180 degrees off? I lined up the timing marks but noticed they are off every other rotation of the crank.Just wanna make sure before putting case back together. Thanks for the help

The crankshaft spins 2 times for every once the camshaft spins. As long as you install the crank and cam with the dots aligned you’re good
