Smile king pin removal

is it hard to replace the king pin and bushings on a g14 yamaha mine has some slop in the bottom bushing thanks

Yes its a very easy job to do *** long as the roll pins come out easy but if there rusted in it can make it a pain in the a$$

There are a lot of good posts on king pin removal but maybe this will help.
Use LOTS of rust solvent. The roll pins are 15 & 16 or 31 & 32, one inside the other. I drove them out together. After I got the roll pins out I tried to drive the king pins out with a hammer, a bigger hammer and even a air hammer with no luck. I ended up using a gear puller in the 2 arm position. I hooked the arms on the a-frame with the screw on the pin. I put a ¼” socket that was just smaller than the pin between the screw and the pin to help hold the puller on the pin. Did I mention use LOTS of rust solvent.
