Default 89 Marathon rear bumper welded correctly????

Here is a pic of the rear bumper on my 89 Marathon. It looks like the bumper was not welded on correctly when it was built. Can anybody post a pic of the bumper on their 89 so that I can tell if mine is on right or not?? I looks crooked to me, and is causing issues with a rear seat install.

Thanks
